If you plan to sell food, please make sure any of the 9 major allergens contained in the food are listed. HPCAN cannot guarantee the quality or safety of any items (including food) sold during the citywide yard sale.
Note of caution: Sales are conducted on private property and any incident or damage will be the responsibility of the resident.
Yes, we will have corrugated plastic signs available for purchase, HERE. You can also purchase a metal stand if you would like. You'll be asked if you'd like to purchase during the sign-up process. We will deliver signs to the location of your sale the week of the yard sale. Note: This link will ask for a tip. Choose "Other" and type 0.

Yes, simply go to Yard Sale Treasure Map and post a sale. As long as you use the same address, any changes you make will update on our citywide map within 48 hours or so.
Typically, yard sale items are sold for about 10% of the original purchase price. There may be exceptions for really great condition or rare items.
You may contact First United Methodist Church directly if you are interested in selling out of their parking lot.
We are working with the city to try and remove parking code enforcement that Friday.
You can include a note in your sign-up if you'd like. If you've already submitted your signup form, go to the Yard Sale Treasure Map website, add a sale with the exact same address as your sign-up, and the map will update with whatever you put in.
